Homemade recipe for pH balancer

The things required for the basic pH balancer are 3 cups of water, 1/3 cups apple cider vinegar. In the first step the water and the vinegar should be combined. Instead of just plain distilled water there are other things like herbs and oils that can be added to this mixture. The mixture once prepared can be stored in the bathroom. For oily skin the ingredients change for the pH balancer. Calendula, Geranium, Horsetail herb, Sage and Yarrow should be used for the oily skin. For a dry skin Borage, Cornflower, Houseleek, lady’s mantle, marsh mallow, parsley, sorrel and sweet violet can be used along with the basic mixture.
