Homemade (how to make) pasta

Italian pasta has always been a delight to the taste buds. This delicacy from Italy has attained immense popularity worldwide because of its easy to make recipe and nutrition value. The pasta can be easily prepared at home. There are several pasta machines available in the market. The pasta machines available are very easy to use and can be acquired from the market at a very low price. Method of preparation of pasta

The ingredients required for the preparation of the pasta are very easy to acquire. The things required for the preparation of the pasts are some large eggs, flour according to the amount required and some salt for taste. First the flour should be taken into a bowl. Then the flour should be made into dough. The eggs taken should be broken in the bowl. Then add some salt into the mixture of the egg and the flour. After the salt is added to the mixture it should be mixed heavily with a fork. The mixture should be pushed to the middle of the bowl. The flour would rise to the walls of the bowl but it should be continuously pushed to the centre of the bowl. The eggs should be always prevented from running out. After a certain time it becomes difficult to mix the content with the fork then the process of mixing should be done by hands. After mixing over a longer period of time there would be workable dough. After there is workable dough it should be kneaded for several minutes. Some more flour may be required for the process of kneading the dough. The end product after the kneading of the plough should be very smooth. Once the dough is being made it should be cut into parts. Each section cut should be flattened. During this time the machine should be set at the widest opening. The pieces passed from a machine should be folded several times and again should be passed through the machine. The machine during this time should be set one step lesser wide than before. The pieces can be passed several times until the desired thickness is attained. The fresh pasta prepared can be cooked to serve fresh pasta.
