ECZEMA – HOME REMEDIES FOR ECZEMA (AN INFLAMMATORY SKIN DISEASE).

2) One can make a paste by rubbing nutmeg in a stone slab. To form the paste it is very important to continuously add water to it to get the desired level of thickness. This paste also when applied to the affected area can produce wonderful results.

8) One of the main causes of eczema is the deficiency of vitamin B6. If someone is suffering from eczema he/she should consider including a lot of vitamin B6 in the diet to cure eczema.
